01 — The problem

Sound familiar?

01

Solvent-heavy inks and compliance pressure

Traditional inks use high solvent volumes, while buyers ask for GOTS, OEKO-TEX and ZDHC compliance.

02

Inconsistent results across fabrics

Print quality, curing and colour drift from fabric to fabric, and lab results don't always survive scale-up.

03

Machines clogging, uptime slipping

Binder viscosity and flow problems clog machines, and maintenance teams lack the know-how to prevent it.

02 — What we build

Built for your floor.

Eco ink system integration

Non-PVC, water-based ink systems with customised feed and precision control, plus certification support.

Specialty formulation R&D

Discharge and specialty paste formulation with fabric-wise curing and wash optimisation.

Lab-to-line scale-up

Test cycles for wash and fastness, scale-up documentation and SOP rollout onto production lines.

Binder tuning & training

Binder formulation tuning, ink flow and viscosity troubleshooting, and training for operations and maintenance teams.

04 — FAQ

Questions we get.

Can you help us meet GOTS, OEKO-TEX or ZDHC requirements?

Yes. Our eco-friendly textile ink integration included certification compliance support for GOTS, OEKO-TEX and ZDHC alongside the move to water-based inks.

Will a lab formulation hold up in production?

Scale-up is part of the work: we run lab-to-line test cycles, document the process and roll out SOPs. Our discharge paste work was production validated and deployed on three major lines.

Our machines keep clogging — can you help?

Yes. On a binder optimisation project we tuned the formulation, fixed viscosity and flow issues and trained the teams — clogging fell by 90% and uptime rose from 85% to 98%.

How long do these projects take?

Our textile and chemical projects have run between four and eight months, depending on how much formulation and scale-up work is involved.
